A group of between 40 and 100 kids runs $13 per child, and a group of between 20 and 39 kids runs $15 per child. These prices include the lunch buffet, drink, curriculum, magic show, and a $5 game card.
We will provide one free teacher's buffet per 10 kids with the intention of chaperoning not only during the educational and magic portion, but also in the gameroom during the free play time.
We encourage any parents who want to join their kids to only join them for the lunch and gameroom play portion of the field trip. Too many parents in the curriculum or magic show tends to be a distraction, so we only allow teachers in the private rooms.
It is important that we know prior to the day of your field trip whether or not your group will be participating in a small snack between the curriculum and magic show. This consists of 1-2 slices of either pepperoni or cheese pizza, and water to drink. Snack time lasts about 15 minutes.
Payment is due the day of the field trip, and may be made payable by check, cash, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. No purchase orders are allowed.
In order to receive tax exempt status on your bill, you MUST have a tax exempt form with you when making payment. Also, your group must pay all together in order to receive tax exempt status.
Aside from the curriculum and magic show, your price will include a $5 game card per child. We offer additional $5 worth of game play at $3 each for the kids, but this must be purchased at the front register. The kids are welcomed to bring extra money for game play, but we suggest you collect the money ahead of time and provide us a list of what child brought what dollar amount. This allows us to load the cards while your group is in the private rooms and avoids long lines at the register.
While we do not require a deposit to reserve an educational field trip, it is mandatory to provide us at least 2 weeks notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so may result in future deposits for your organization.
