Groupon is NOT allowed to be used for extra participants.
Guest CAN NOT select which room they want for their event as it can't be guaranteed. Room 1 is only available for larger parties of 20 or more kids if available and is booked on a first come first booked basis.
A form of I.D and the credit/debit card used for deposit and remaining balance will need to be presented day of event. Failure to present ID and card used will result in refund of $150.00 deposit, and whole balance being due day of event.
Rescheduling Fee: an additional fee of $150.00 is required if you need to change the date or time of your event.
Party jumpers include guests walking to age 12.
Arcade Zone Fun Park Grip Socks are REQUIRED for ALL jumpers.

Party Room is available 30 minutes prior to your event start time.
Decorations may NOT be taped, tacked, or hung to or from the walls or door frames.
Confetti, silly string, paint, or anything else that can cause damage to floors or walls are NOT allowed.
We do not have a professional decorator and only able to do basic decoration set up. We DO NOT do balloon arches, and do not carry helium. You are more than welcome to bring in an arch already set up and balloons.
$200.00 Outside Food Fee excludes any celebratory desserts (e.g. cake, cupcakes)
$100.00 Outside Drink Fee excludes water (drinks must be non-alcohol)
