ClawTime Party Reservation Disclaimer

By making a party reservation at ClawTime, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your party reservation. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel your event, the deposit will be forfeited. By making a reservation you are holding a spot on the calendar that is no longer available to others.

2. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your party up to 3 days after the date the event was originally booked, not the date of the event. Rescheduling requests made after this period will not be accommodated, and your deposit will be forfeited if the event is canceled. We cannot guarantee the date/time being rescheduled to is available.

3. No Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is strictly prohibited within ClawTime premises. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the event without a refund.

4. Reserved Time Slot: The time slot reserved for your party cannot be amended. If you or your guests arrive late, you will only be permitted to stay in your party room for the original allotted time. Extensions or adjustments to the reserved time will not be accommodated.

5. Decoration Guidelines: No decorations are to be taped or pinned to the walls. A $100 damage fee will be assessed for any decorations attached to any walls. Confetti, poppers, sparkling candles, and sternos are strictly prohibited by order of the fire marshal. Balloons must be pre-inflated prior to arrival; ClawTime does not provide helium or compressed air.

6. Damages: Any damage caused by the guests of the party will be the responsibility of the host.

7. Excessive Noise: Radios, speakers and any other devices are prohibited from playing music or other sounds.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY PARTY THAT VIOLATES THESE CONDITIONS AND/OR AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT IF THE PARTY BECOMES UNRULY.
