A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the Pirates Cove. Your deposit may be paid with cash or major credit card; NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The balance of the party must be paid in full the week before your party. Cleaning deposits are refundable once your party is finished, and your area is inspected by management. If you need to cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable. Failure to pay for your birthday party purchases in full including but not limited to additional wristbands, pizza, sodas, etc., is theft of services and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

KEEP IN MIND THAT DJ’S, PRIVATE BOUNCE, AND OUTSIDE VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED! You can bring in canned beer but it will not be allowed outside of your area (City of Phoenix alcohol permit required). You are also allowed to bring in a small boom box for music at a proper volume, the music must be appropriate for a child's amusement park. NO smoking of any kind. Your deposit will be refunded 15 minutes after your party time has ended, if the area is not clean and the party area has not been vacated at this time your deposit will be forfeited.

Enchanted Island Amusement Park is a private entity, per our contract with the City of Phoenix no outside vendors are allow. All vendors must be booked exclusively through Enchanted Island Amusement Park, as they are required to have insurance, background checks and have been approved by the City of Phoenix. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our visitors, we cannot allow the use of any personal (or leased) equipment or property, no exceptions! This includes but not limited to grills/flattops, tables, chairs, tents, wood frames/backdrops, marquee numbers/letters, heavy equipment/machines, etc.

Enchanted Island will not be responsible for any lost or damage products or goods including cakes that you request storage for in our refrigerators. Enchanted Island does NOT have storage facility for ice cream or ice cream cakes/cupcakes.

Hanging of decorations is allowed, you may not use tape or staples. We suggest using paper binder clips. Please keep in mind that we are an outdoor amusement facility and have no control over the wildlife that visits our park such as bees, pigeons and other indigenous creatures known to be in the outdoors. Wristbands/Passes are non-transferable and are NOT for Resale.

RAIN POLICY:
When it rains at the Amusement Park on the morning of your party, you must discuss with Management your plans for the day. If it is raining, you have the right to cancel your party up until the start time for a 90% refund of the party total. If there is inclement weather, but you choose to show up and one hour into your party time you decide to cancel, there will be only a 50% refund of the party total. After one hour into the party, if you choose to cancel, you will not be able to receive any refund of the party total.

Privacy and Our Business Partners: When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Warranty: There are no returns or refunds. Any products found to be defective within thirty days of purchase will be evaluated for replacement.
