Inclement Weather

· As long as the Ride Park is open parties and mobility rentals will continue in the event of light rain. It is the duty of the people booking the party/rental to request a cancelation or move the date of the party/rental if they fear that the original date of the party will get rained out.

· In the event of Ride Park closure, the party/mobility bookers will be contacted and a rain date or cancelation will be arranged.

· If there are any questions or if you would like to move the date of your party/rental please contact 732-295-4334 or email customerservice@jenkinsons.com as soon as possible so we can make sure to help you with any issue that might arise.

Minimum Guest Count

· All parties have a minimum guest count of 10, there is no smaller version of the party packages available. Meaning that in the event there are less than 10 guests the party will still be the same price / ran as if 10 guests are attending. It is up to the party booker to do with the extra cards given to each birthday party as they see fit.

Chaperones

Al parties with guests under 18 years old must have at least one adult present at the party at all times.

Boardwalk wide Terms & Conditions

All guests are subject to ride-specific requirements and restrictions. Guests who do not comply with park rules will be required to leave. All accidents or injuries must be reported in accordance with posted instructions. All claims, including but not limited to claims arising from participating in rides or games, shall be brought exclusively in the Courts of the State of New Jersey located in Ocean County.
