What are the height/age requirements for laser tag?

All players must be ages 6 and up and 42" tall.

How early can I arrive to set-up for my party?
You can arrive 15 minutes before your party to set-up. For a smooth transition, please do not invite your guests to arrive more than 15 minutes before your party start time.

How many kids can be accommodated at parties?

We can host 15-40 kids at private birthday parties. 22 players can play laser tag together. If there are more, the group is divided and rotated between arcade games and laser tag.

Can parties be canceled?
Stuff comes up! Although deposits are non-refundable, we will work with you to reschedule parties with 21 days advanced notice with no change fee. If you need to change again, there is a $75 change fee.

Less than 21 days notice, there is a $100 change fee. If there is inclement weather, there is no fee to reschedule.

Are we allowed to bring in outside food?
We know great food is the icing on the cake. However, cakes, ice cream cakes, cupcakes and allergy sensitive foods are the only outside foods permitted. Otherwise, with the Golden, Platinum and Triple D parties, we have a catering menu with salad, fruit, veggies, sandwiches, pizza and chicken wings available to order additional food.

Are tips for party starters required?
Our party shosts work hard to provide the ultimate fun for our young guests. Gratuities are greatly appreciated for hard-working party hosts.

Do I need to sign a waiver for all siblings or is only required per household?
I wish we didn’t have to, but all participating kids 17 years old and under must have a signed waiver by a parent/guardian. Also, adults playing laser tag are required to sign a waiver. They are effective for the calendar year.

Can I change my reservation headcount?
Certainly!! If your party count changes, we request an updated head count three business days before your party via email or a phone call for adequate party preparations.

Are advanced reservations required for open laser tag.
Yes, to guarantee space is available for you to have fun, we highly recommend that you book in advance.

Can I drop off kids for laser tag?
Kids are the apple of our eye, but adult supervision is required for all kids during open laser tag. If you are attending a party, the adult party host(s) will suffice.

Is there an age and height requirement for laser tag?
We truly want all kids to have a blast, so the recommended age is 5+ years and 42+ inches tall.
