When making a lane reservation, we recommend that you reserve your lane(s) for the maximum amount of time you want to use your lane(s). If you reserve your lane for an hour and decide during your visit that you want to extend your time, please remember that your lane may be unavailable past your original reservation time due to other events and lane reservations.

Maximum number of guests per lane is 6 paid bowlers - you may have a maximum of 2 spectator guests per lane.

To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please call Laurel Lanes at (856)-778-7467.

Cancelations must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time to be eligible for an event deposit refund. Failure to cancel/reschedule in this time frame will result in a forfeiture of your deposit or payment. All cancelations are subject to a 7.5% cancelation fee and this fee will be subtracted from your refunded amount. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the reservation and can take up to 3 to 5 days to appear on your card.

Cancelations within 48 hours of your reservation time are non-refundable, however, you may request a Laurel Lanes voucher for the exact package and quantity originally purchased. The voucher will be issued to the guest named on the original reservation. All vouchers must be used within six months of the original reservation date and cannot be refunded as cash nor may they be traded for any other package, goods or services provided by Laurel Lanes.

Check-in up to 15 minutes before your reservation to get shoes and anything else your group needs, however, please keep in mind that your lane(s) may not be available until your scheduled reservation time. If your group hasn't shown or called within 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to use your lanes for other customers. Please note, if you do arrive late, your reservation will still end at its originally scheduled time and we may not be able to give you your full time on the lanes if we have groups or other events booked following you.

Reservations made online may not be combined with any other deal, special, discount of offer.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the center. Food and beverage is available for purchase in our facility.
