Returns/Refunds
We will not offer cash refunds. However, if for some reason, your party must be postponed (or Heaven forbid- canceled), we will offer you "store credit" only. This means you will get your party price loaded on a Gift Certificate, good for future date. We can either mail this certificate to you, or you may pick it up in store, upon presentation of a valid ID.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel by telephone at least 72 hours prior to your events start time. Cancellations before 72 hours for a full deposit refund. Deposits are not returned if cancellations are less then 72 hours prior to your events start time and date.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.
