PLEASE READ - INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL

We will call you to confirm your final guest count and pizza choices 5 days prior to your event date. If your guest count goes above 16 you must call us to find out if a second table/slot is available and to make a 2nd deposit. We cannot guarantee that a second table/slot will be available, but we will do our best to accommodate your party. We also have a private party room available to rent on a first come first serve basis that may better suit your needs should guest count rise above 16 guests.

Upon arrival we require that you give us a credit card to hold for any additional charges you add to the party. These include the per person charges above the deposit and any food you may order. Only you are allowed to approve these charges. When you settle your bill at the end of your party you may pay with cash instead of using the credit we held.

You and your guests don’t need to wait in line to check in. Check in at the Skate entrance. There is no check in prior to the opening of the session.

While candles (for the cake) are fine, we ask that you please refrain from using trick candles. We have candles & cake servers for sale in case you forget your own.

You will get tickets for the number of paid guests you believe you will have. Birthday admission includes regular or inline skates for each guest.

No guests from your party can check in or receive skates unless you are present. It is your responsibility to get the tickets in the hands of your guests so they can get their skates.

Treat your tickets like cash. You must return any unused tickets (above the per table minimum) in order not to be charged for them. If your guest count falls below the confirmed amount (but still must remain above the table minimum) you may choose to pay for any additional pizzas at full price, or have us not serve the pizzas. For example if you confirmed 13 for your guest count, but then only 8 guests came to your event, we would ask you if you wanted to pay for the 3rd pizza that was originally confirmed or have us not serve it.

Any person with your party that has their own skates must have their skates inspected before using them on our skate floor. Make sure every skater brings up a party ticket or pays at admissions before skating.

Adults and chaperones can skate for a discounted rate of $6.50 each. They can let us know they are with your party or you can get chaperone tickets which you will handle the same way as the party guest tickets.

The party guests can skate the entire session; however, your table time is 1.25 hours.

We would appreciate your help in having only paid party guests sitting at the table. When other guests join the table it leads to overcrowding and encroaches on the parties next to you. You are free to use the public tables with the rest of the skaters, but please remember these tables are for everyone. We will make every attempt to accommodate your party. Each table can hold up to 16 guests. Under no circumstances will we allow the 16 guest maximum at one table to be exceeded. If your guest count will exceed 16 guests, you will need to make a 2nd deposit for a 2nd table, as long as there is available space. For an additional charge, you can also have your party in our private party room, pending availability.

We ask your help in clearing your party from the table at the end of your table time.

No outside food or drink allowed. You may bring a birthday cake, cupcakes, and/or ice cream.

Deposits are nonrefundable. If you are more than 10 days from your party date a credit will be issued (for future use throughout the center) or a new party date may be set. If you are within 10 days of your party date all credits will be issued on a case by case basis. Lynnwood Bowl and Skate is not responsible for damage to any personal bowling or skating equipment. Lynnwood Bowl and Skate is not responsible for accidents. All patrons skate and bowl at their own risk.
