DEPOSIT: There is a non-refundable FULL-PAYMENT requirement for all open play reservations. Without FULL-PAYMENT we do not honor the reservation.

Open Play Reservation Format: Bowling is scheduled for one (1) hour according to that listed on our party reservation system. These blocks are set and cannot be altered due to limited occupancy during the re-opening phase by the County of Los Angeles.

Please inform your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the reservation time to acquire shoe rentals. You have been given a 1-hour timeframe; it is imperative that you and your guests be on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated due to other open-play bookings. A maximum of 10 minutes past your scheduled party time will be allowed.

All patrons are required to wear masks throughout their stay, other than purchasing and eating food from our snack bar/sports bar. It is expected all customers keep the 6-foot social distancing rule while inside. All reservations will be checked in at the front door and only those with reservations will be allowed in. Please be aware we take the health and safety of our customers seriously and may require temperature checks at check-in. All customers are advised to monitor their own health and conditions, and ask those at high-risk, over age 65+ and customers showing any kind of illness, NOT attend.

Sports bar and snack bar, may or may not be available at time of bowling due to the uncertainty of operations at this time.

SHOES & SOCKS: Children with shoe sizes smaller than 12 may wear their own shoes. All other bowlers are required to wear bowling shoes. Please remind your guests to bring socks. We do carry socks in our vending machine for a charge of $3 per pair (subject to availability).

ALLOWED: Bowling equipment owned by customer, may be brought in and used only by said customer. No sharing of equipment shall be authorized.

PROHIBITED: ALL outside food, ice chest/coolers, and/or beverages. If these items are brought in you will be asked to remove them.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS Reservations will only be set up for the number of customers listed on your reservation. Tables will limited on the concourse for your groups use.

BUMPERS: Bumpers are available for children under the age of 10 years.

NO SUBSTITUTIONS
