Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

·A Arrive at the party reservation time, no earlier. All Guests leave at the party end time

Guests need to arrive on time, no guests will be allowed entrance after the first hour of the party has completed.

· $100 non-refundable deposit to book. Balance is due 10 days prior to the party by 1pm.

· If balance is not paid, the party will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. All Costs are nonrefundable/non-transferable after due dates.

· Any Mix of adults & kids. 1-year & older count toward maximum party total. 1 birthday child is free, additional Birthday Child is $25.00 each.

· Additional persons over party maximum, $10 each. Cannot guarantee admission for more than the number of guests booked.

· Inflatable are limited to the use of children 57” or less in height and less than 150 pounds (average 10 year old). Adults or teenagers are not permitted to enter them at any time

· NO Glass is to be brought into the facility

· No Live animals will be allowed to be used as party decorations

· No Smash Cakes

· OFF THE WALL is not responsible for refunds because of guests no shows to the party,

· Each child 1-12 yrs old gets 1 juice or water bottle and 1 Ice Cream. Drinks for adults and children 13 years and older are not included, but are available to purchase

· The Host May bring cake/cupcakes, & Pizza. No other outside food or drinks of any kind. This includes items to set up candy table such as Candy Apples, Rice Crispy Treats etc. Customer wishing to do so should book the private event party.

· At no time should food, drinks or candy be brought onto the playroom floor.

· Goodie or Treat Bags should be given out at the front door at the time of departure.

· Every human must remove shoes & wear socks to get past the front door. Admission will be denied for anyone refusing.

· Guests are required to complete waivers. Waivers may be Printed from the website or picked up in advance. Waivers will also be at the door.

· Party Rooms are only reserved for 45 minutes during the 2nd hour of the event.

· Off The Wall caters to the enjoyment of the Child. Party room will be set up according to the Number of Children attending. Host should bring tableware for adults if needed or it is available for purchase at Off The Wall

· Hostess may bring themed table ware and simple decorations. No Balloon arches, no Backgrounds on frames, there is not enough time for set up. Customer wishing to do so should book the private event party

· No wall decorations. Nothing taped to any surface. Party favors such as, but not limited to confetti, piñatas, silly string, or anything that makes excessive cleanup is not permitted. If in doubt, please contact OTW and discuss your plans

· Balloons must be helium-filled & tied to weights.

· Excessive cleanup/damage charge starts at $50, includes taking shoes past the front desk by anyone in the party.

· Any damages caused to the facility or the inflatable by the host or their guests will be charged to the host at the contractor rate and upon receiving the estimate of repair

· Host is responsible for any minor left in his/her care & ensuring guests follow facility rules.

· Electrical outlets are not available in party rooms or any part of the facility.

· Outside vendors/performers are not permitted; this includes balloon Designers, face painters, DJ’s.

· We have the right to refuse service, no refunds will be issued. Time overage charges after the party, every 10 minutes $25. Host responsible to ensure guests leave on time.

· Party will not be discussed with anyone other than the party host by the Off The Wall Staff

· Any Guest who is abusive or disrespectful to the employees of Off The Wall will be asked to leave the premises. Failure to do so will result in the authorities being called and the party is over immediately.

· Anyone under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol will be asked to leave the facility. This is a children’s place and will be treated as so.

Rescheduling: 14 days before the event, change of date/time, $30 fee & entire remaining balance must be paid & all is non-refundable. Parties will not be rescheduled within the 14 days. In regards to weather, if Off The Wall is open, your party will be held as scheduled.

I understand what is included with my party. As the host, I am legally responsible for all costs.
