To ensure all reservations can accommodate, head count CANNOT be increased once reservation has been made.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance for shoe fitting, lane assignments, etc.
On time arrival of your guests is your responsibility. Lanes automatically start at the reservation time on your invoice.
Time cannot be adjusted on the day of arrival, as the kitchen staffs and prepares based on the reservation information
Pizzas are pre-assigned and toppings cannot be added, however extra pizzas can be ordered at an additional charge
No outside food or beverages other than birthday cake, cupcakes, or pastries . We do not store or hold cakes due to liability reasons.

Location of Lanes are not guaranteed.
If any guest is asked to leave for violation of company policies or inappropriate behavior, a refund will NOT be issued and all party attendants are subject to removal.
