RESERVATIONS:
Advance reservations are accepted and a minimum $50 deposit is due when booking.

COVID-19 POLICIES:
Parties are limited to a maximum of 10 guests. All guests must wear a face mask at all times when in the building and maintain 6 feet apart from guests outside their party. Bowling lanes will be limited to your party only with a buffer lane between your group and other guests. Laser tag will be limited to your party only.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE – however – if you need to reschedule your event, and do so more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date, you may use your deposit toward the rescheduled event.
If you need to reschedule with 14 days of your event, 50% of your deposit will be put toward rescheduled event. The other 50% will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
If you cannot provide an alternate date, your deposit will be forfeited.

FINAL GUEST COUNT:
Final guest count is due no later than one week before the event date. If we do not receive a final count by this date, we will prepare for the original contracted amount and charge accordingly. Guaranteed guest count may increase, but not decrease on day of the event. Guest will be billed for the guaranteed guest count or number in attendance, whichever is higher.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment, as well as payment for additional costs incurred during the duration of the event must be remitted on the day of the event.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the venue with the exception of a store/bakery prepared cake.
