Q: Can a party add more time to their scheduled party?

A: Yes, depending on the size of your party and availability of space. The additional fee is $50 for one hour.

Q: Is there space available for accompanying adults?

A: Space is limited, the seats reserved for your party will be the only seats available for your parties use. However, you may reserve additional seats for $10 each, which will only apply to additional purchases during your scheduled party at Rock N Fun.

Q: Are we able to use Rock N Fun’s Refrigerator or Freezer for our Cake and Ice Cream?

A: Unfortunately, the Department of Health prohibits us from storing any outside food.

Q: Will Rock N Fun provide kitchen supplies such as cutting knives for Birthday cake?

A: We do not provide any kitchen knives for customer use. All cutting supplies need to be provided by party organizer or party attendees.

Q: Can we bring food other than the dessert for the party?

A: No outside food allowed other than birthday cake, cupcakes or any other dessert items.

Q: Can we bring party decorations? Are there any items we can’t bring?

A: You are welcome to bring in your own party decorations. Balloons need to be attached to balloon weights. Prohibited Items: Confetti, Silly String, Noise Makers and Wall Decorations.

Q: What time can we come in to set up?

A: You may start setup 30 minutes prior to your booked reservation.

Q: Can we take pictures and videos of the Party?

A: You are welcome to use Cameras and Video Equipment.
