Birthday Party Table Timing

For all Birthday Parties, we have designed a schedule to include 90 minutes of table time, followed by skating for the remainder of the private event. Table time begins the hour your party is scheduled to begin.

At the end of your 90-minute table time, the entertainment on the main skate floor will gear up for a great finale to your party with dances and crowd participation. Your Party Pal will then assist in moving all party supplies, gifts, cake, etc, to your vehicle. You and your guests are welcome to stay and skate until the end of the public skate time of that day (if applicable).

Party Schedule

With a combined 75 years of Party Planning experience between our excellent staff, we have choreographed an amazing schedule to ensure a great party experience.

Please see an example of a 2-hour party schedule with food for a 10am - 12pm time slot below:

10:30/40 - Food Service

11:00 - Cake Service and Presents

11:30 - End of Table time. Main Floor FINALE! Hokey Pokey, Dances, Sing Alongs

Party Pal

We provide a "Party Pal" who assists with all of your party needs. Your party pal can help with setting up your table, food and beverage preparation, and (best of all) cleans up the mess!

Your party pal strives to serve you in the best way possible. When you receive your bill, please check it over carefully and inform your party pal if there are any discrepancies in the numbers. A minimum 15% service fee is added to all skate parties. Additional gratuity for your party pal is not included, but is greatly appreciated.

Our party tables can seat up to 12 children each; 8 adults each. We offer seven 8-foot tables that can be decorated for your private event. You can choose to be seated in our Sips Party Area toward the back of the facility or in the Snack Bar at the front of the facility.

Your party comes with a white paper table cover that will allow guests to color on it. You are welcome to bring your own themed table cloths, napkins, and plates. If bringing cups, we do ask that a lid is provided as well to help prevent spills. Confetti, glitter, silly string, and streamers are prohibited inside the skating facility.
