Admittance

Your whole party will be admitted to the rink within the five minute window selected during registration. Please encourage your whole party to be present at that time. Late arrivals should go to the front of the line at 12:55 pm for immediate admittance after all the other parties are in. Guests arriving after 1 o'clock need to wait in line with everybody else.

Please try to have your guests here at the specified time.

Deposits and Cancellation

All parties require advance reservations. A $50 deposit is due at the time the party is booked. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from your final bill on the day of the party. Upon the need to cancel a party, please keep us informed as soon as possible about your needs and we will try to work with you on other options, i.e. rescheduling if spots are available

Payment Details

Payment for your package is due at the end of your reserved table time. We accept cash or major credit cards in payment. Personal checks are not accepted.

Server

We provide a "Server" who assists with all of your party needs. Your server assists with setting up your table, food and beverage preparation, and (best of all) cleans up the mess!

Your server strives to serve you in the best way possible. Gratuity for your server is expected as you would tip in a restaurant.

Party Tables

Our party tables can seat up to 4 or 6 children each. Reserved Tables are based on the number of guests attending the party. We do not provide reserved seating for spectators, parents, or siblings that are not part of the actual party count. All public session parties have a maximum of 14 guests (plus 7 standing) for a maximum of 3 tables. If you exceed this number, your guests may be restricted from the party/game room. To avoid this restriction, you are required to either book a second public party or choose another type of party that can have more attendees.

Decorations

Your party comes with table covers for your tables, skate themed plates, cups, napkins and sporks. You are welcome to bring your own table cloths, napkins, and plates.

Confetti, glitter, silly string, or streamers are prohibited inside the skating facility. These items can be billed a $25 cleaning charge.

Guest List

Please bring the guest list with you the day of the party! All guests between the ages of 3 and 18 are counted as party guests. Please list ONE GUEST per line with all the first names of everyone you invite whether they RSVP or not. Your package includes the birthday child plus nine guests (10 total). Feel free to make your list longer than 10 since our party space can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each child that attends after the first 10 is charged at your per child party rate. Please keep in mind public parties are a max of 14 guests total (plus 7 standing).

Please decide how you wish to handle siblings of your invited child guests and inform management when you arrive.

Skating parties also include two free Adult Spectators (18 yrs. or older). These two adults would normally be the birthday kid parent’s, but can be any adults you want. Other adults supervising party guests will be charged a $3 spectator fee (includes a large fountain drink) unless they decide to skate. Adults that choose to skate will be charged the regular skate
