Star City Skate & Play would like to thank you for booking your Birthday Party with us. Hopefully this sheet will answer any questions you may have and make your party one to remember.
Included in this envelope will be four items: this letter explaining your party, a listing of everything included in your party, a list to be filled out with the guests that you are willing to pay for and 10 party invitations.
You should show up for your party about 15 minutes before your scheduled time, we do not open the doors earlier than this.
The party guest list is to be filled out and turned in when you arrive at Star City Skate & Play, please remember that the birthday child is counted as one of the 8 guests, if you have more than the 8, your party host will add the extra settings, at that time. All children are counted whether they skate or not. we do allow adults to chaperone small children at no charges as long as they are not skating. At your table you will find a clothes basket and a trash bag. Place the presents in the basket. When opening the presents place them in the trash bag to make it easier to carry out. Put your trash in the basket and the party host will remove it for you. Your table will already be setup. Star City Skate & Play provides all paper products necessary for your party. You will be permitted to bring additional party favors if so desired. The clothes basket and the cake server should be left at the end of the party.
Your party will be served halfway through the session, 10 AM to 12 PM served at 11 AM, 1 PM to 3 PM served at 2 PM, 4 PM to 6 PM served at 5 PM, 7 PM to 9:00 PM served at 8:00 PM.
Before we start your party, your child will be brought into the center of the skating surface and be introduced to everyone. Our announcer will then call your party to the party area for refreshments. You will need to light the candles and cut and serve the cake. Extra ice cream and drinks are available at a discounted rate of $.75 cents per item. If you need anything, please tell your host, who will be more than happy to help.
After completion of your refreshments, your host will give you your final bill. Please pay your host who will in return bring you a receipt and your guest list. You may pay with Cash, Visa, or Master Card only! Sorry No Personal Checks.
If you would like to add hot dogs or pizza to your party just let your host know when you arrive and your host will be happy to make the arrangements. You may also add our Giant Play Unit (a favorite of all the children) or Laser Tag. Also a ½ sheet cake is available upon your request, but you must have at least 20 guests to avoid a $20.00 additional cake charge. (Please remember for a ½ sheet cake we need at least a 3-day notice.) Remember that we provide 1 shirt only per party. Additional shirts may be purchased for $10.00 each.
