Thank you for booking your party with us at THE RINK! We’re excited to host your event and want to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please take note of the following important details:

1. Balance Due: Please make sure to pay the remaining balance at least 48 hours (2 days) before your party. You can complete your payment online through the link provided in your email. A $25 late fee will be applied if the payment is made on the day of the party.

2. Arrival Time: You may check in no more than 15 minutes before your party’s start time. This helps us prepare your party table, which will be reserved for 2½ hours. Private rentals are 2 hours.

3. What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring your cake (no ice cream cakes) cupcakes, candles, and a lighter. Please note that only a small number of balloons are allowed, and outside food or drinks are not permitted without prior approval from our management.

4. Party Room and Decorations: Seating is reserved based on the number of children you’ve booked. We provide all the paper products. However, if you have specific party tableware (cups, plates, napkins, or tablecloths) to replace the birthday party tableware we supply, please drop them off at least 24 hours before the party. Items can be dropped off at the rink in a bag labeled with name, party date, and time. Please remember that confetti, balloon arches, piñatas, and certain non-handheld camera equipment are not allowed. We also cannot accept delivery of balloons. Please be mindful that your party table needs to be emptied by the end of your party, so we are able to set up for the next set of parties.

5. Guest List: Kindly provide a guest list of the children and adults attending your party. You can email it to us at info@TheRinkSkate.com at least 48 hours before the event or bring it with you on the party day

6. Additional Guests: The final guest count and any additions or changes should be made 48 hours before the party so we can update your invoice and reserve the correct number of seats for your party. Seating cannot be guaranteed for any additional guests who arrive on the day of the party. For children's parties, adults are welcome to attend. However, please be aware that seating is not reserved for adults. There is a $12 skating fee for adults, which includes skate rental. You can either cover this fee or allow the adults to pay it themselves. Additional guests for an adult party package are $20 per person. Private rooms are available for an additional $100—please call to check availability.

7. Facility Rules: Please be aware that all bags entering the facility are subject to search. We do not issue refunds for non-attending guests, and gratuity is not included in your package. Please note no outside food, beverages, or glow items are allowed with the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes.

8. Please note that the required deposit for booking all birthday parties is non-refundable. This policy allows us to secure your desired date and time for your special event.
