Service Expectation:

Wild Child Spa commits to delivering the agreed-upon services within the designated timeframe, without exceeding the agreed-upon time frame or adding any extra services. Additionally, it is understood that we will not wait for late arrivals of other children, in order to maintain the efficiency and timeliness of the services being provided. All parties must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, as no additional time will be granted beyond the allotted timeframe. It is essential that the experience unfolds within the designated timeline to ensure a seamless and successful event. Failure to comply with these stipulations may result in additional charges or alterations to the planned experience.

Conduct:

Wild Child Spa and all employees reserve the right to refuse service to any child engaging in inappropriate conduct, including the use of profanity or vulgar language. Additionally, forceful physical behavior such as hitting, biting, or spitting will not be tolerated and may result in the child being asked to leave the service area. We prioritize creating a safe and respectful environment for all of our customers and expect all children to adhere to these standards of behavior while on the premises at Wild Child Spa Entertainment. In addition, all party host are responsible for the children in their party experience. Wild Child Spa or team members do not accept responsibility of any children during the party who are not following the rules of conduct. Wild Child Spa and all team members will maintain a professional, safe, and non-neglectful environment for all participants on Wild Child Spa premises.

Final Payment:

Final balance is due the day of your event prior to the start of your experience. Payment will be based upon your party or experience selection. It is your responsibility to notify Wild Child Spa of headcount changes, experience changes, and any other info that could affect the outcome of your experience 1 week prior to your scheduled party. This information is important as it allows us to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of children confirmed. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate. There is an 15% minimum automatic gratuity added into your payment for ALL SPArties.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Please keep in mind all deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your party versus reschedule your party, you will lose your deposit. Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be rescheduled once. We understand life happens (children become ill, family emergency, etc.). We will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date.

Photo Policy:

All photos taken by Wild Child Spa Entertainment during your party are solely the property of Wild Child Spa Entertainment and may possibly be used by Wild Child Spa Entertainment for advertising purposes only. If Wild Child Spa Entertainment is tagged in any photo those images may also be used on social media sites and/or the Wild Child Spa Entertainment website for advertising purposes as well.
