Photos / Social Media:
Guests are encouraged to take photos for personal use and share them on social media with friends and family. Commercial/professional photography is not permitted without prior written consent or contract.

* ALL RENTALS ARE ISSUED ON A FIRST COME / FIRST SERVE BASIS *

Enter / Exit Policy: Skates are not permitted to be worn into, or out of the Rink. Safety protocol prohibits "in and out" privileges or loitering around the premises.

Food & Beverages: Outside food/beverages are not permitted in the Rink. Concessions may be purchased during session. All concessions must stay in our designated area. Chewing gum is not permitted.

Admission / Rentals: Admission includes traditional skate rental. Speed and Inline rentals require an additional charge. Socks are strongly encouraged while wearing rental skates. Personal skates are permitted, and may be inspected by staff. Skates at risk of damaging skating surface or present potential safety concern to any guest will require removal and asked to utilize rentals.

Safety : Headsets and Bluetooth headphones are permitted while roller skating as long as guests are mindful of surrounding area, other skaters and demonstrate the ability to hear all applicable safety announcements. Hats are permitted to be worn while skating. Loose clothing items are not permitted such as chains, rope etc, while skating. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Safe Skating Practices:
All guests must wear skates to be on the skating floor for everyone's safety, the following unsafe actions are not permitted while skating: Horseplay, pushing, shoving, racing, chasing, or playing tag unless facilitated by staff during scheduled games anywhere on the Rink. All skaters must continue moving while on the skating floor at all times. Participants are not encouraged to stop or stand along the sidewalls or consume concessions on the skating surface. Picking up and/or carrying anyone while wearing skates, including parents of small children. Sitting on, or jumping over walls are not permitted. Individuals demonstrating unsafe / inappropriate public affection is not permitted. In the event any of these protocols are violated will result in removal from the premises without refunds. We encourage our guests to report all conflicts and safety concerns to our staff immediately.

Weather Advisory:
In the event our skating surface is determined to be at risk due to moisture or damage our team will notify the community via social media and direct to those who pre-purchased admission as soon as possible.
